Hello my name is Derek and I have been taking photographs for the last 30 years. Most of the photographs I have taken over the years are of the Stone Quarries around Bath, for lectures and record purposes. Since going digital in 2000 I have carried a camera as much as possible and now have over 30,000 photographs on storage. This web site is a collection of some of these photographs with directions on how to get to the location or event. There are a lot of beautiful places in Britain and although some require an effort to get to it is always worth that effort.
In the future I hope to expand the site to cover museums, walks and motorcycling but for now have a look at the temporary pages of photographs and enjoy.
