Information wanted on the following:-

I haven't been able to
trace my paternal grandmother.
These are the details: Jane Rice--DOB unknown, DOD 1894 in
Belfast, aged 23yrs.
She was the daughter of Charles Rice (1838-1891) and Eliza (1839-1901).
She also had a sister Margaret (m.John Long) DOB unknown, DOD 1942 in
Belfast.
Jane married Thomas Gordon (1867-1916) and they only had one child John
Willis Gordon(1894-1970). John Willis Gordon was my father.
Margaret and John Long did not have any children.
Any help would be appreciated. Membership No. B1134

I am also searching for the great grandmother of my husband.
She was Margaret Ellen McRoberts, DOB unknown, DOD1906 at Lambeg.
She was married to Joseph Hall of Lambeg (DOB 1879-DOD1918).
They had one child Sarah Jane Hall (DOB1904)

Who retired in 1936 and died in 1938.
Also his brother Hugh Richard Allister - Post Master.

Born 22/11/1888, died 27/05/1914.
In U.S.A. as a result of a car accident.
Her parents were Robert Moore and Margaret (nee
Kilpatrick).
She was born at the family address:-
Dysart Farm, Strabane, Co. Tyrone.

I am trying to obtain information about William Savage,
who was a JP and prominent in the linen industry in Lisburn. He was born
in the 1830s and married Mary Skillen on 28th April 1854 at Kilmore,
Co.Down.
They had three children: Alfred, b. 19th March 1864, Lisburn, Hannah Matilda,
b. 11th June 1865, Lisburn, and Emily, b. 3rd July 1867, Lisburn and It
is known that William lived into the 1890s, and his daughter Emily inherited
the family home at 1 N. Circular Rd., Lisburn, where my uncle visited
her in 1947, when she was 80! Do you know if he is mentioned in any Lisburn
publications?
