25th - Aberporth - quite rough this morning plus some seaweed

26th - Aberporth very calm seaweed gone, weather very mild with drizzle

27th - Aberporth - really flat calm 12 deg C water and air 26 minute swim

28th - Aberporth (15 mins)

29th - Aberporth - very choppy
