OUR MUSICAL DIRECTOR Boston Choral Society appointed Brian Quinn as Musical Director in April 2007.
Brian is a retired Headteacher with wide musical experience. He has extensive School Brass Band experience and has also conducted Frodsham Silver Band, Barnton Silver Band as well as being the founder and Musical Director of the Birchwood Silver Band.
He has worked with Workington Operatic Society and been Musical Director for many theatre and cabaret performances.
Brian was a Church Organist in Chester from 1974 - 1983. His CV describes his philosophy: "rehearsals should be fun as well as industrious" Brian was looking forward to directing a 'ready-to-be-challenged'* group of singers'. (* Singer's feedback: "He certainly does that to good effect and with great enthusiasm!")

Our M.D. is assisted by: ROY PHILIPS - OUR ACCOMPANIST
Roy studied at Durham University and worked as a teacher with the Lincolnshire Music Support Services. Although semi-retired Roy is active in the musical life of Boston, as a cellist in two Boston based orchestras and also as the Wyberton Church organist.
